📦 Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way. Shipping times typically range from 3–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that while we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs (if international).

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only within 7 days of delivery, and only if the product arrives broken, defective, or not functioning properly. We do not accept returns for items that are the wrong size, color, or ordered by mistake.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue may be required

💸 Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. You’ll get an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds are only available for broken or non-working items as described in our return policy
